You do not need to be present as long as we have access to the area to be serviced.

Yes, we scoop year-round—weather permitting. The only exceptions are during extreme conditions for safety.

At Royal Scoops, the safety of your family and pets always comes first. That’s why we disinfect all equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade solution between every yard to prevent the spread of germs. For added peace of mind, we snap a photo of your secured gate after each visit and ensure every team member has passed a full background check.

No contracts! You can stop or change your subscription anytime through the client portal.

We carefully double-bag the waste and place it in your trash bin. Want us to take it off your hands completely? Add our haul-away service for just $5 per visit.

Yes, we’re happy to clean with dogs in the yard! We only ask that pets showing signs of aggression be kept inside during service, as our team’s safety is a top priority. If a dog is aggressive toward our staff, we’ll need them brought indoors—or in some cases, we may have to skip your home from our route that day. We will always give you an arrival notification via text/email if you need to bring your dog in.

We will always try to accommodate the best we can, but we are not able to guarantee a specific time or date due.

No, while we try our best to accommodate, we optimize our routes based on drive time and location to keep our costs low.
